Dr. Michele Conroy is a post-doctoral researcher at the Bernal Institute.
“I’m a Royal Society University Research Fellow specialising in in-situ Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy. My current research project focuses on investigating the dynamics of conducting domain walls at sub-atomic resolution and probing their band structure via electron spectroscopy. I hold a PhD in nano-optoelectronics from Tyndall National Institute and worked at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a permanent staff scientist before joining UL as an SFI Industry Fellow.”
